1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or requesting roofing services from Wisconsin Roofing Pros ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), you ("you", "the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or request our services. These terms apply to all visits, estimate requests, inspections, and roofing work performed by the Company in Janesville and the surrounding Southern Wisconsin communities we serve.

2. Roofing Services & Estimates

Wisconsin Roofing Pros provides residential roofing, commercial roofing, roof inspections, and emergency roof repair services. Any estimate provided online, by phone, or in person is a preliminary, non-binding approximation based on the information available at the time. A final, binding price is established only after a physical on-site inspection and a written agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to revise an estimate if hidden damage, structural issues, or conditions not visible at the time of the original inspection are discovered once work begins.

3. Scope of Work

The Company will perform only the work described in the written agreement. Any additional work requested by the Customer beyond the agreed scope will require a change order and may result in additional charges. The Customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the roof and property, including clearing the work area of vehicles and fragile items where requested.

4. Payments & Cancellation

Payment terms, including deposits and progress payments, are specified in the written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, final payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work. The Customer may cancel a scheduled appointment or project by providing written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or scheduling committed. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Wisconsin law.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

Workmanship warranties and manufacturer material warranties vary by product and project and are detailed in the written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all services are provided "as is," and the Company disclaims any implied warranties not expressly stated in the agreement. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms of the original manufacturer and are not guaranteed by the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wisconsin Roofing Pros shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from roofing services. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific work giving rise to the claim. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, severe weather events, or third-party actions beyond its control.

7. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wisconsin Roofing Pros and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Customer's misuse of the website, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information provided in connection with a service request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, the Wisconsin Roofing Pros logo, and design elements—is the property of the Company and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Rock County, Wisconsin.
